(465 customer reviews)Like many other users, I also have problems with the lid, it just never closes. I have to use a paper weight just to close the lid.
Other than that, I've had no problems with it. I use Huggies wipes and it dispenses well from the Prince Lionheart Wipe Warmer. I have to add a couple ounces of water into the unit once a week to keep the wipes moist.
I like the little light that comes on to let me know that the warm function is on.
